The great thing about this course is that you don't need anything to get started! In fact the only prerequisite to gaining maximum benefits, is that you practice wearing something comfortable and that you can move freely in. Apart from that, you are good to go!

I am a highly trained specialist with a wealth of experience, working with people from all walks of life; I have conducted lot of free yoga classes including referrals from charities I'm involved in, to very high profile clients from all over the world.
